About Us

Reload.Aim.Fire provides an introduction to resistance training for users of GLP-1 weight loss medication. Through experience, we understand the challenge you are facing to minimise muscle loss on your journey and recognise how intimidating it can be to take that first step into training with weights, either at home or in a traditional gym setting. We can give you the confidence, knowledge and skills to begin structured strength training in a private home gym setting. We aim to support you with personalised, one-to-one coaching designed to build confidence, teach correct technique, and foster a long-term commitment to physical wellbeing. Reload.Aim.Fire bridges the gap between having never set foot in a gym to becoming a confident and capable member of a commercial gym facility.

Currently we offer a choice of 3 options: Firstly, a series of 5 sessions designed to develop skills and confidence in private before you to move onto a regular commercial gym facility. We will cover all aspects of resistance training, styles of training, safe movement and building confidence with the equipment commonly found in a commercial gym facility. The second option is traditional personal training sessions where you train 1-2-1 in a private setting until you are ready to move on. The third offering is a one off consultation session designed for people who want to work out at their own home with dumbbells or similar, teaching you basic resistance training movements for the whole body in private, which can then be done safely and effectively in the comfort of your own home with a 12-week template to follow.

Titration
from £200.00

A 4x one hour session package designed to build knowledge, skills and confidence in a private home gym setting to support you on your weight loss journey and help you transition into a commercial fitness facility. With an aim of minimising muscle loss while using GLP-1 medication, learn about resistance training methods, get hands on with dumbells, kettlebells, barbells and more. Learn how to safely lift weights using simple methods which will ensure your body retains as much muscle as possible. Also available with an optional fifth session where you will be accompanied to a local fitness facility of your choice so you don’t take that first step alone.

Golden Dose
£75.00

A stand alone 90 minute session designed for those who want to train at home using dumbbells or kettlebells. Learn what weight to buy, which exercises to do, and how to do them safely and effectively so you can have confidence that what you are doing is working to minimise muscle loss on your journey.
