We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs. Whether you want to ask a million questions or learn the basics before going it alone, everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. If you’re nervous about going it alone you are welcome to bring a friend or relative along with you for your session, just let us know in advance so we can set up somewhere comfy for them to sit and cheer you on!

We get how intimidating it can be taking the first step into a gym, we understand how daunting it can be when your prescriber and all the YouTube videos you’ve watched are telling you to start weight training, we can give you the support and skills to take control and hit your goals safely and confidently.

We offer 3 packages, a 4-5 session introduction to weight training guide where you can get hands on with some equipment commonly found in gyms, ask all your questions and learn the basic movements you need. This works out at £50 a session paid in advance. We also offer Klarna to spread the cost. The next option is a standalone 90 minute session designed for people who want to work out at home with their own weights, whether dumbbells or kettlebells, and just want to be taught how to do a full suite of exercises covering head to toe that they can then go do safely and effectively at home. This option is £75. The last option is for ongoing personal training sessions in a private home gym which is priced at £50 per session. With all of these options, if you don’t feel the sessions have been beneficial we will give you your money back.
